L’illustré recently published a list of salaries for different occupations in Switzerland.
It turns out that if you are a webmaster who is at least 35 years of age, on average, your salary would be slightly over CHF 7,000. It turns out that people can still be webmasters in this day and age. I honestly thought that job title had gone the way of the milkman or the telegraph operator, but apparently it’s still a thing, and a well-paid thing at that.
However if you’re hoping to make a couple more bucks, you might want to consider a different line of work, such as translation, where you can make up to CHF 12,450 or perhaps art direction with salaries reaching CHF 12,000. Interesting stuff, check it out.
