What now? Why can’t I access my blog… exactly…? There is an SSL certificate installed, and it should work. Not to mention it seems to work fine in other browsers and even in private windows in Safari. So what’s going on?
I got into the site’s admin, tried updating everything that needed to be updated, uninstalling all the plugins and even changing themes–to no avail.
By then, I was fresh out of ideas so as a last-ditch effort, I went into Infomaniak’s admin and simply uninstalled and reinstalled the certificate. That worked. That simple. That frustrating.
Troubleshooting websites… easily one of my least favorite activities in the world.
